We are a maintenance company operationg from Auckland, we need a comprehensive quote for the works as described below; job in Ruakaka racecource, 1. Gutter around back needs repairing - dropping in multiple places 2. Rotting on corner of fiscia 3. Soffit needs replacing by apex of roof 4. Crack in window by kitchen 5. Flashing on corner of wall needs to be added 6. Rotting wood on corner of house 7. Door stops needed throughout property 8. Trees need to be trimmed around powerlines 9. Holes in walls from door handles since no door stops 10. Cupboard door handle missing 11. Ceiling skirting board missing on one side of the bedroom 12. Bathroom door needs to be trimmed - cant open since new carpet has been placed 13. Door handle to access bathroom needs fixing 14. Bath board seperating from wall - moulding and rotting 15. Toilet door needs to be added - only using a curtain 16. Tree needs to be trimmed at front of property - branches on roof 17. Exterior clean if house doesn’t get painted - garage needs to be cleaned 18. Window broken in garage
