Resource & Building Consent applications lodged for internal renovation of existing home & addition of 70sqm minor residential unit with kitchen. Seeking a Builder/Building Company to offer fixed price contract for complete job, including plumbing, electrical, all interior. Hoping to start mid March at the latest. Requirements: * Builder/Building Company prepared to work with intermediary on behalf of client (renovation assistant) * Must be able to show up on time * Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance a must * LBP a must * Prefer a builder/company with existing trade relationships; Plumber, Electrician, Gib Stopper, Painter etc
