Partial build of deck

We are building a deck off our new home, 8x3, and can do some of the work- but although we looked up how building is not my partner's strong point, and I don't have the muscles to be doing on my own! My partner can however concrete in the piles/poles, so if we confirm placement (I have drawn a plan) he could do that, then you come and do the stringer, bearers, joists etc...we also have someone to lay the actual decking so you would do the framing/support and be done! Stairs optional you could do or we can get a pre cut pack if not. Might be a nice day job fill in?
