We require a fairly urgent quote on the following jobs to apply for a grant (submissions due by the 10July)- the actual time frame for the building jobs to start / be completed will be in a few months when the grants process has finished and funds received. Please note there will be more work to follow if successful builder is interested as we have the interior to repair and some further exterior work also. DOORS Front door - replace doors keeping with current style Back door - repair so it closes securely and easily Back porch - Repair and potentially add a ramp (wooden, concrete or metal?) CEILING Obtain 2 quotes 1. Flat ceiling including insulation 2. Ceiling that follows the current roof profile including insulation (decision based on price) The hall is located at roughly #1130 Riponui Road.
