New Build - Auckkland
Job description
I have a dream! It's a dream that my husband and I can find a reliable builder, that charges a fair price for a great job. In Auckland where we live, it would appear that we are more likely to see a pig take off and fly to the moon hence us looking a little further afield. Our home is an architecturally designed two storey building in West Auckland. Four bedrooms and a pool, views of both harbours and Sky Tower. Resource, building, driveway crossing and engineering consents approved. Groundworks more or less taken care of - all you need to worry about is building our home. We even have a lot of pricing to hand - could this be the easiest job you've had to price? Construction time approximately 5-6 months (down to pre-fabrication). Would like a start date of circa January 2017. Who's game? Please, absolutely no timewasters!

From my personal experience, I have found that if you want a project that is on budget and is delivered on time, then using Ultimate Construction may not get you the desired result. The level of communication from Marty Talbot at Ultimate Construction was/is non-existent especially when it's on matters that affect your budget and completion date. I am finalising my complaint to the Builder's Practitioners Board about his conduct on our build
