EXTENSIONS 1) Living area 4 mtrs x 4 mtrs and bedroom 4 metrs x 4 mtrs with double garage below (same size) extension added to existing 3 bed w/board house which also requires small bedroom in exisitng (on o/side wall of main bathroom) to be changed to en-suite for existing bedroom adjoining it. Also require new hallway created and stairs from new garage area to h/way.
