9 building / maintenance tasks that I need help with this week please

Hello, I have a few little maintenance jobs for 95 Ruamanga Valley Road that I need help with this week please? These are tasks and some photos of the tasks: 1. Fix window in the second bedroom that does not close properly, so that it does close. 2. Install curtain rail in the back bedroom underneath the existing palmets. This is a relatively straightforward job and the rail that I have purchased has screws inside the packet to use. The rail is in the bedroom waiting to be installed. 3. Install a latch on the back bedroom’s window. The latch is broken here and will need to be replaced but I don’t have a replacement latch and was hoping that you could just install something appropriate here. 4. Fix back gate so that it an close properly. I’m not sure what the best solution would be – perhaps planning a portion of the gate off? 5. Re-secure shade fabric on back gazebo structure. This has blown-off in last week’s storm. There are still the steel things on the fabric and they need to be hammered back into the top of the structure. I’m not sure whether it’s worth add a couple of more secures to make sure that this does not happen again frequently? 6. There is a small hole in the base of the house’s north-western corner (closest to no. 97). I was thinking that a cheap option to fix this, would be to put some filler in the hole; then shave off surface to make a flat surface and paint it? Could you help with the filling (and the painting) the hole?? 7. Seal jamb edges and top seam of lounge ranch slider with silicone. 8. Seal small gaps in wet wall linings around shower over bath with silicone. 9. Install like some sort of white putty around the base of the toilet room walls to make the connection with the newly installed vinyl look better. What do you suggest here? If you think that you could help with these little tasks, would you be able to please give me a quote for this work for consideration. Unfortunately I will not be able to let you into the house to look at the work areas inside prior to quoting. I’m assuming that you could probably do all the tasks in one day?
