Convert our High Profile Containers to a Staff room with a view
Job description
2 x relocated empty 40ft container requires an experienced builder to manage renovations / conversion to a smoko room . One container is to be transformed in to a staff kitchen in one end with bench spaces, sink, open cupboards etc, and at the other end we would like white boards , heat pump and a class room type environment. This would lead outside through sliding doors to a large covered area catering to both non smokers and smokers and a well screened off set of toilets. The second container is simply a tool shed and may not require much other than some work benches. A painter and electrician are already organised - however a plumber still to coordinate. Staff will predominantly sit outside so help us frame that view!
