Sunroom conversion

More of a conversion than a extension. I have a sunroom off my lounge which is accessed via a ranchslider. I want the ranch slider removed to help make it a open space.. I want the glass panel walls removed, framed and lined. With double french or bifolds fitted to one side for external entertaining. Also want to add a hidden studynook in there. Would like done asap
