Looking to start early August. Looking for a small team 1 or 2 builders and a hammer hand and labourer. But the mix can be to suit trades Full renovation of 40 year old home (4 bed) Also extension to workshop and cowshed upgrade. Stage 2 to follow straight on, small commercial factory, 200sq mtrs. Stage 3 house extension 85 sq mtrs - Double garage, and family room with laundry and bathroom. Stage 4 Office block, 50 sq mtrs Estimated 12 to 14 months continuous work. Prefer labour only contractors - paid weekly or fortnightly to suit.
