Build an internal wall and install new window

Hi guys, looking to build a wall in our garage to create a secure storage area. Also looking to replace the bathroom and toilet windows with double glazed windows. The wall is in an internal garage. Part of the garage is used as a laundry and we would like to create secure storage with the rest of the garage. This is a property that we use for airbnb and seasonal workers. We need the wall done as soon as possible but have a flexible timeframe on the windows.
