Interior Project - Building & Plumbing

We're looking for a builder and plumber interested in coming out to view and quote on the following projects. Can quote for building work only or both if you have access to a qualified plumber. Project as follows: 1. Office room in garage Replace old garage window with framed aluminium window (provided). Install plumbing and wall hung hand basin to office bathroom (provided) Replace existing toilet with new one (provided) 2. Laundry Plumbing to be installed for new laundry room Builder to repair walls when complete Replace existing slider doors in laundry cupboard with 2 new sliding doors (provided) 3. Main Bathroom Remove wall between existing toilet and shower room Wall in second door that is now surplus Remove existing shower, 2 vanities and toilet Install new bath (provided) with shower over, new vanity (provided) and new toilet (provided) 4. 2 Wardrobes Open up wardrobes from current single slider to double opening doors (Doors provided prehung in frames) 5. Master Bedroom WIR & Ensuite Entry Dismantle existing WIR and replace with a separate single & double wardrobe (single and double wardrobe doors provided prehung in frames) Wall in existing ensuite door and frame new entry door way to wall beside shower (new ensuite door is to be a sliding barn door to be supplied and installed by a separate contractor) Replace toilet with new one (provided)
