Be careful hiring this builder. He has just walked out on my new build part way through. We had an agreed build price. After 4 months he emailed the job was bigger than he estimated He suggested he go back to the beginning and add up all the hours he worked and discuss with me. That is no way you do professional business. He never completed the build and I had to hire another builder to do so.
