Demolish an existing garage, extend 2 storey house to have a 2 storey extension. Being added on are a single , attached, internal access garage on bottom and bedroom/ensuite on top. Minor earthworks to prepare site required, but predominately flat section. If builder is based out of the region they are able to use the house as accommodation. All plans and geotech reports are available, job is being submitted for building consent now.
