Study and Pergola

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation, extensions and general building work. Our project is: Study 1. Add an internal wall in the living room to divide it in two so that one side can be used as a study. (Marked in yellow in the attached plan) 2. The internal wall need to have 2 horizontal aluminium windows with a sound proofing film. The windows needs to be similar design as the current windows on the house. Approx size of the windows are 220cm wide x 52cm high. See attached picture of current windows for reference of design and the height (not width) 3. The living room side of the wall need to have a small recessed shelf in it. 4. There needs to be a cavity sliding door from the hall way as the entrance to the study. (Marked in green) 5. Power points are required in the study (3x double) as well as lights. Covered Pergola We would like to build a pergola, covered with clear perspex type roof. The size needs to be just under 20m2. It needs to be built in such a way that sides can be installed to be rolled down in adverse weather. Please see attached pictures of the house plan and mockup of the wall with the windows.
