New deck

We require a new deck in pine, to match existing. New deck is an add-on to the existing, but stepped down slightly. Job involves the following: Install piles and all sub-floor framing; Remove existing balustrade and re-use along edge of new deck; Build deck in pine, approx 5m x 3m; Build two steps from existing deck to new deck - steps about 2m in width; Provide stairs from new deck to ground; Install all handrails/balustrades; Install timber surround underneath deck to match existing. We will obtain building consent, but require work to be signed off by Council for Code Compliance Certificate. Job considered complete once final inspection has been passed.
