Plans for house extension

We have a 4 bedroom 2 storey Bach/house. We want to extend it out the back to include a lounge upstairs and a bedroom/utility room underneath. It is quite straightforward to go straight out the back using the existing rooflline. I need an architectural draughtsman who can draw up the plans and get them to council permit stage. We have all the design work already completed on Autocad and these files can be provided to you
