House Renovation Tidy Ups
Job description
Hi Team I have a few pst renovation tidy ups that need to be completed and it seems I just don't have the time to do so. 1. Supply and installed door handle on bedroom door 2. Supply and install door handle and latches on french door 3. Poly / Install + possible supply if short - Rimu Skirting 4. Supply install Rimu Door architraves - approx 28M @ 5 inch wide 5. Reinstate driveway bricks post gas main line replacement 6. Install door seals on front door 7. Rehang guttering to allow water tank installation We are also replacing some windows next week and on the back of this we expect some new window eves may need to be constructed. Regards Steve

Good ken and able workman. Discussed pros and cons of things and managed time well. Very happy with finished product. Got beaten by the weather on one small aspect of the job but was up front over consequences and was a pleasure to deal with.
