1. Repair hole in hardwood flooring where steel chimney removed, and repeair hole in ceiling below and above (hardwood floors on upstairs level and woodburner is on ground level). The flooring work now urgent as baby has decided to get mobile! 2. Afix new rails or create a bracing on stairs to attach a safety gate. As above, this is URGENT as baby is on the move (we thought we had a builder sorted weeks ago but he was in an accident and cannot do the job now). 3. Removal of the woodburner oven (if possible).

Didn't quite end up with a solution for the stairs (being able to install the stair gate we had) but we have subsequently found a solution. Guys were really professional and polite and did a lovely job on the floors and ceilling. Very pleased with that result.
