I have read many positive comments about Andrews workmanship, so clearly he is capable. Our experience however was mixed. He certainly stuck to budget and his workmanship overall was acceptable. We did, however, have a number of communication issues which revolved around a vinyl floor that he had accidentally damaged. Thankfully we were able to resolve these issues in the end.

"The problems from this job began when we had to move the fridge out of the way, it damaged the 20 year old vinyl which I offered to get repaired. Unfortunately the client wanted brand new vinyl which my insurance policy would not cover for old vinyl. The vinyl was repaired which the client verbally told me looked great. Not sure I would recommend this client as the problems arose from us having to move all there furnishings and personal items out of the construction area ,"
