Façade Upgrade

Maxwells Property require the services to complete exterior works on an apartment building starting in January 2022 and ending March 2023 Scope of works include but not limited to; • Removal of exterior windows, sashes, and mullions • Make good for finishing • Fit new, made to measure, aluminium windows and insert sashes and frames – supplied by others • Fit new aluminium facia and/or trim to manufacturer specifications – supplied by others Contractors must have the following; • Be fully qualified licensed building contractor • Site Safe certification and Correct PPE • Liability insured minimum of 5 million dollars Full scope of works and plans available on request. Please note awarded contractor will undergo prequalifying before commencing.
