External wall repairs in Brooklyn
Job description
I'm looking for someone that is available to quote to repair my external wall / weatherboard / roof connection. A section of metal sheet roofing has come away in the wind and taken the weatherboard it was secured to with it. I am unable to see the full extent of the damage without climbing onto the roof myself but from what we can see from the front garden there will be: 1. external wall/weatherboard repairs 2. re-securing or reapplying any broken flashing or seals where the roof has pulled away from the fixing on a retaining wall. The house is a one-storey villa on a slope, the damage is towards the front/north of the house. Due to the slope the roof is 1.5 storeys above ground. The roof is new-ish (10-15 years or so) so shouldn't need replacing. The photos aren't great but should help to illustrate the problem. Thanks.
