Chimney removal

We own a villa and want to remove three chimney breasts. One is a double chimney and one is a single chimney. We want the walls and ceiling to be reinstated, along with skirting and scotia, and to have everything prepped for decorating. The flooring would also need to be reinstated with matching timber. Keen for all rubble to be removed, along with two hearths as well. No need to remove the chimney flashings or anything else above the roof line because that has already been done.
