Chimney Reflue or Removal

I'm not sure what the requirements are in Wellington, but we would like to either reflue our chimney to make it compliant or have it removed. I would like a quote for both options before moving ahead (and or other options, if available). If the Chimney is removed, we would like to keep the face of the Chimney in the bedroom. Keen to move ahead with this job as soon as possible.
