Minor maintenance

Hi there we had a pre-sale building inspection report done which identified two minor maintenance requirements, we're hoping to get these fixed as soon as possible, preferably prior to auction date on Friday 2nd July. Both are small jobs. We can provide access to the property at your convenience, the roof can be accessed from inside the dwelling. 1. Sub floor - a small section of timber deterioration was detected in the northeastern corner, replacement and strengthening of the defective timber is required. Please note: An older fibre cement sheeting was in place enclosing the subfloor, which tested positive for asbestos. This material has since been removed from the site. 2. Roof - Popped roofing nails were detected on the upper roofing sheets. Some (I understand 2) roof fixing nails have lifted.
