Confirming wall is not load bearing before starting to re-do 2 wardrobes
Job description
Easy access location. Unless you have a tall van or truck you can drive 2-3 meters from front door. 2 walls in our house sandwhich two wardrobes which are too narrow and do not optimise the use of space. We want to reconfigure these two walls and create fit for purpose wardrobes/storage. We need so.eone to confirm of either wall is load bearing before we start knocking out walls or making definitive plans. This house is built in 1952 by the electric company at the time. It is similar to a 1950s state house. We have had informal suggestions that it is not load bearing already - we just want someone qualified to confirm this.

Really great. Brian was super knowledgeable and also was able to advise us on simple solutions to help extend the longevity of our 1950s house. 100% would have paid for this service (no charge, not even to cover petrol) 100% would get him to advise and complete work on our property
