Install stud to support beam & new window sill

We need a stud installed to support a beam . Beam was installed by previous owner, and not much of a stud holding it up - see photo Job requires rimu trim to be removed, new stud to be installed, and trim put back. Lining is off on one side. We also need a new window sill installed - approx 1m long. Photo to follow. Need this done ASAP, as we have someone waiting to gib and plaster.
