Require builder for the following: Remove built-in cabinet in bathroom Replace gip walls around shower and behind such cabinet once removed Replace skirting (small amount) Replace ceiling in upstairs hallway including new skirting Replace spindles and install handrail on internal stairs

Had the luck/pleasure of getting Matt & Team doing some work on my house. Included ripping out a bathroom, giving my 90s staircase and Edwardian make-over, replacing ceiling , ripping out tiles and installing skirting in several rooms. They have done a great job. On time. Cleaned up after themselves. And overall just very friendly, easy to work with and great work. I will certainly engage them again.
