Fencing, Improved Cupboard Access & Pelmet Removal
Job description
Looking to: - Improve the frontage on the property & make it more private. So either fencing or putting in a low brick wall (maybe even a hybrid of the two) - Widen 2 storage cupboard access doors. The cupboards are much larger than the doors suggest so wanting to widen them for easier access (this isn't structural) - Remove a bedroom pelmet & make the area above & around the window flush to the wall These are the more immediate jobs we'd like attended to but we also want to raise the ceilings in a couple of rooms as well at a later date which will be a larger project. Happy to discuss that work as well for the second half of the year if interested. Keen to get the immediate work attended to as soon as possible & the ceilings as a separate job as & when availability allows. Quite flexible on that.

Great workmanship & delivered in line with the quoted price. Whilst it took a while to complete, that's more reflective of the current environment rather than any delays on behalf of the builder. Throughout the process we were kept well informed & were well connected. Would definitely use their services again & fully intend to engage them again early in the new year.
