Window Sill/Frame and Skirting Replacement - Kaikoura Street

Hi Builders! We have a 1990's house which had used MDF for its window sills and skirting boards, which have swollen in some places. We are looking to replace the windows with double glazed panes (aluminium framing) but the sills will need attention first. Looking for a quote to replace simple skirting along most of the ground floor and MDF window sills (either all or only those badly affected). There is one area of specific concern which will need to be checked (angled window) for studd damage. Potential stud replacement if needed but to be quoted separately to this job.
