Studio Maintenance

Project is making changes to kitchen area to fit a full fridge in studio flat, and then making bathroom area healthy home compliant. 1. Gib and trim kitchen wall. Will need to plaster wall / finish, but not paint. 2. re-hang door in new entry and finish surround to hot water cupboard. 3. fit appropriate catches to aluminium window. Will need to coordinate with sparky to ensure plugs are mounted in accessible positions. 4. cut and Install --- extractor fan in bathroom. this will need to be wired in, owner has electrician available to help 5. Replace existing louver bathroom window with aluminium equivalent. There is also another extractor fan project that needs to be done from an interior bathroom. The property is vacant, so would appreciate help as soon as possible
