Ground floor entrance-way ceiling needs opening up to see what's going on re leaking, which will determine where we go from there! Building has some 'boxed' guttering. Post here from the building owner and it is tenanted, so will need to make suitable time to meet onsite initially. Also; do not really have any idea of what cost may be involved, so budget est on here Real guess, as may need plumber following the opening up etc!!
