Rotting Floor Joist

One of our floor joists is going rotten and will need to be repaired or replaced. There's a deck right next to the house, the bottom rung of cladding had gone rotten and when we pulled it away we found that the floor joist had also started to rot. In the shot that's further away the damage is to the far right (although you can't see it as under the house). The close up shot is a bit too dark but you can see parts of the rotten cladding and behind that the floor joist.
