Platform/Tank stand for Hot Water Cylinder

Hi there, We are looking for a builder who can build a platform for a Hot Water Cylinder (200L) under our house (~ crawl space). The stand would be 600mm x 600mm wide. The key for this build is to make the stand high enough so that when we place the tank on it, the top is higher than the upper ground level, but only just say 100mm, so that the plumber can run a relief pipe with minimal fall to the drains outside at the back of our property. The platform should be attached to the wall and have the legs sitting on the ground The 200 L tank is 1275mm high. Cheers. Flo
