Fixing a leak and some rotting timber framing

We have a slight leak which is causing some rotting in our timber framing under our house. It is in the corner of the house, but is very easily accessed (you can stand up, it's not in crawl space). There isn't a lot of moisture, but the timber is starting to rot so we're keen to get it sorted. We've got a few other minor jobs around the house we'd be keen to get sorted too.
