Trim doors, lay mdf, repair gib, seal cracks

Hi, I have a few smaller jobs: I need a piece of I think mdf laid over the concrete in the hallway so the carpet layers can put the carpet down as the original 50s card type stuff has rotted,roughly 2.4m x 1m and needs cutting to fit, trim 3 doors after carpet was laid in other rooms and fix two holes in gib the plumber made to find the leak, also seal concrete cracks on balcony that are letting water in under the windows. Asap would be great as can't have the hall carpet laid until the mdf is put down. Thanks Lisa
