Wall Knock-Down

Wanting to knock down part of if not all of a wall on a cross-lease title property (unsure if I need consent from neighbour for this or not) inside our home to make the kitchen/lounge more open plan and create a breakfast bar either now or in the future (depends on cost). Looking at starting this job from around mid-February to early March, ideally.
