Walk-in Pantry and Linen/Utility Closet Build

Wanting to build a walk-in pantry and linen/utility closet on a cross-lease title property (unsure if I need consent from neighbour for this or not) inside our home (not an added attachment). Need to put up two walls and doors (one wall across to close off the space approx. 4m and one wall to seperate the closet and pantry approx. 1.2m) and build in shelving for both - thinking 4 U-shaped shelves for pantry maybe and probably 3 or 4 for the linen/utility closet. Looking at starting this job from around mid-February to early March, ideally.
