Ceiling water damage

Hi there. I need this work to occur exactly on Monday 16 September (or Sunday 15 september). Two areas of the ceiling need fixing. See photos. Both areas are about 0.7m x 0.5m. Also the bathroom tap is broken, and the showerhead needs replacing as you can see in the photo. Unfortunately it is not possible to scope out this job prior to the work date because I promised the tenants that they will not be interrupted till that date. Is it possible to give an indication of cost just from the photos, or how long it will take? By the way..the house has a new roof now so no more water damage will occur.
