I have a masonry chimney which I want to lower it down to slightly over the roof level. I need this to be done within the next couple of weeks subject to my gas fitter availability as he also needs to be onsite to install new fluekit and the cap and install a gas fireplace-if scaffolding is necessary-. Otherwise It can be temporarily capped if anyone available sooner.
