Qualified builder or 2*builders required on hourly rates for 4-5month project. Site will have a dedicated Project Manager who is also a qualified builder who will work on and off the tools with you. Stage 1 Renovation = 2bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1* living room down stairs extension. Building work is planned to start August 5th. Resource and building consent all signed off and sorted with council.
