Garage leak from a corner

We have a slow leak in the corner of the garage, and it gets damp in that corner when it rains heavily. On top of the garage is a bedroom, with a small outside space which meets the join at the site of the leak. The small outside space is built on top of a hillside, which joins the garage side of the leak. Need someone to have a look and waterproof it, and replace the the bit of wood at the top corner of possible. The general layout of the site and the leak location is shown by the yellow arrow in the last picture. If you can also repair a small bit of roof fascia, I've got another job listed for that.
