Hey There :) We have a 1960's weatherboard house in Tawa, and we'd like to turn one of the downstairs bedrooms into a nice, warm, home office. The room is approximately 3m x 3.5m including the wardrobe. We'd like to keep things looking like original from outside if possible. We have the window being replaced with a double-glazed unit around July - would be great if this job can be completed before then if possible. Requirements: - Remove the external door which is currently sealed shut, and turn this into a wall - Make it look like the rest of the wall from the outside (stucco finish, refer to photo) - Remove gib inside room, add insulation, replace with new gib - Add some more powerpoints if you have a sparkie you'd like to use - We also have a piece of carpet and underlay we'd like put down, if you know anyone otherwise we'll create another listing for this. We have a painter, so no need to include this in the price.

We had our home office renovated by Namloc build. This included removal of an external door, new gib, plastering inside and out, new carpet and electrical work. Jamee organised all of the tradesmen and kept me fully informed of progress all the way through. He ensured I was happy with the workmanship which I was, everything was completed to a very high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend Namloc Build to anyone.
