Subfloor wall lining installed
Job description
The back wall of our downstairs bedroom is unlined from the subfloor space (see pictures). We would like insulation installed, building paper and fibre cement sheeting or ply installed to provide a moisture barrier as this is effectively an exterior wall. The subfloor space is used as a workspace so I would like to retain the workbench and electrical outlet. I run a small home brewery set up here so would also like to install a extractor fan that vents outside.
