Repair timber framing and cladding

Timber framing has suffered moisture damage and requires replacing. I believe the moisture has entered from underneath via exterior as the ground clearance has been minimal and over time it has effected the framing causing the wood to rot. Area effected appears to be quite small but does extend up the studs some way. Photos show extent of damage more clearly than I can describe. Also, a seperate area of this wall requires some of the exterior cedar cladding to be replaced as it has also been damaged/rotten. Photos included. Registered builders only please.
