re gib, fix missing bottom plates in walls

currently we have a room with removed loose fill (insulfluff) , over sarking. We found walls have no bottom plates, so we can fixed before we can re insulate, regib and plaster. We need someone to put in bottom plates. Decide whether all sarking/gib comes off, or if we remove as much sarking as needed to insulate then regis/plaster. Keen to see if latter is possible or if we take all sarking/gib off and then need dawns and wall bracing ,
