Exterior house repairs prior to painting

The house was built in the 1960s/70s, and is a combination of weatherboard and brick facing. The east and south sides of the house are two-storied, and scaffolding will be needed, but the rest is very accessible. Most of the flashings need replacing (colour steel?); some weatherboards and barge boards too. House needs to be in great condition prior to painting. Photo will be posted later today.
