New exterior stairs and storm water drain

Job image

Job description

General Building
Wellington

We need an exterior set of concrete stairs (about 16 over five metres in length) destroyed and the ground underneath dug out to lay a storm water drain, to drain water away from the house's foundation line. We'd also need the top of our pine deck (only a couple of boards close to the house line) pulled up to lay the storm water drain from there. It's probably roughly digging down 500mm or so from the current stair line. We'd want the concrete stairs replaced with wooden stairs as well. There is a small drainage/sewer connection that would need to be moved as well. A couple of pictures of the area are attached.

Great blokes - clear communication, were professional and did great work throughout! With the drainage, we ended up having to excavate a lot more than originally planned, and the guys didn't complain at all - were easy to deal with, and any changes to costs or timings were clear and quickly communicated. Workmanship on the stairs was great, and the guys always left a tidy site in the afternoons when they headed out. Would easily recommend them and ask them back for work again.
