Former State House Renovation in October 2017

House renovation work to start in October 2016 We are looking to complete the next phase of renovations on our former state house (see pictures). The work includes: - Building a north west facing 20m2 deck (more than 1m high in some places) - Installing two sets of French doors to access deck (one from lounge, other from master bedroom) - Relining entire master bedroom, building a large wardrobe, installing new hot points/lights, and building water closet - Installing new west facing windows in lounge (removing ranch sliders) - Building a bookshelf in a nook in the foyer

WRS completed some of the project listed, including: - building a wardrobe space - upgrading the electrical work throughout the house - constructing a broom cupboard - shifting/replacing a bedroom door - relining a ceiling, and some wall areas All in all - great communication, and good work.
