Renovation of a 3bdrm home. Same envelope, new joinery install, make good weatherboard, new decks, new kitchen and bathrooms, a complete gut and redesign on the inside including moving some walls around, insulating and drywall. We have consent and designs and ready to get started. I will be doing a lot of the work myself as a joiner but require an LBP for all the restricted work.
